The LPN administers care to patients under the direction of the responsible Registered Nurse or medical provider.
What You Will Do
Provide direct and indirect care that is safe, ethical, patient and family-centered, and evidence-based. Collaborate with staff and other departments to continuously improve quality of care and the patient experience.

Requirements
- Unrestricted current LPN license to practice nursing in New York State
- Certificate from an accredited school of nursing
- Minimum of 1-year clinical experience
- Ability to travel throughout the Network
- Current BLS certification
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications and electronic medical records
