What You Will Do
Performs designated therapeutic procedures, assists physicians and the overseeing role with examinations and procedures, and contributes to the nursing assessment by collecting and reporting data.

Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse license issued by the state in which services will be provided or current multi-state Licensed Practical Nurse license through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)
- One (1) year of LPN experience
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire date
- State criminal background check and Federal (if applicable)
