Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Kansas
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required and/or obtained within 60 days of hire
  • Previous experience in a clinic or pain management setting strongly preferred
