Job Description
Serve as a primary contact for patients and families by phone, addressing concerns, triaging symptoms, and escalating issues to providers as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Kansas.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required and/or obtained within 60 days of hire.
  • Previous experience in a clinic or pain management setting strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of pain management techniques, medications, and procedures desirable.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office products.
