Requirements

• Administer skilled nursing care under RN supervision
• Perform curative, rehabilitative, or preventive care tasks as outlined in patient care plans
• Utilize clinical expertise and nursing education to make informed, independent decisions
• Complete visit reports promptly and accurately within the electronic medical record system
• Confirm daily visit schedules to ensure seamless coordination with other staff
• Demonstrate awareness of the agency’s Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program
• Understand and adhere to the agency’s process for managing and addressing customer complaints
• Maintain acute awareness of patient rights
