LPN

Requirements

• Document interdisciplinary progress notes that provide a comprehensive reflection of resident care.
• Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to physician orders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date drug and narcotic records for each shift.
• Collaborate with the care plan team to assess and address residents' physical, social, nutritional, spiritual, and activity-related needs.
• Experience in Medical/Surgical, Rehabilitation, or Geriatric Nursing.
• Active Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Compassion, patience, and genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors.
