Job Description
Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct clinical care in the Sobering and Deflection Center, serving individuals experiencing acute intoxication, substance-related impairment, or behavioral health crises.

Requirements

  • Current, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Oregon.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Eligibility to perform CLIA-waived testing under organizational CLIA certificate
  • Demonstrated knowledge of substance use intoxication and withdrawal, trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
