Role OverviewIvy Gables Senior Living is a 65 and older retirement community with the feel of a French Country Bed and Breakfast. We are seeking an LPN to provide professional nursing care to residents in a supportive and inclusive workplace.
What You Will Do
Provide professional nursing care through proper administration of prescribed medications and treatments. Monitor medication and treatment cart, nurses' station, and medication room to ensure expired medications are properly disposed of and narcotics are counted per policy. Make daily rounds and audits, including shift report to ensure proper care, documentation, and order transcription. Assign duties to PCAs and take an active role in supervising, educating, and helping them develop.
