Requirements
- Completion of accredited practical nurse program or currently enrolled in a nursing program
- 2+ years Nursing Experience (Level II only)
- Knowledge of LPN scope of practice according to the Ohio board of nursing
- Uses a wide variety of technical equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed clinical therapies
- 18 CNE's per year (Level II only)
- 3 CNE's in clinical specialty (Level II only)
- At least 5 CNE's in Leadership (Level II only)
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Ohio and/or Multi State Compact License
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
