Role OverviewProvide comprehensive nursing care and intervention under the direction of a registered nurse to ensure that the health care needs of individuals receiving services are met.
What You Will Do
Assist individuals receiving services, as needed, in their day to day activities, provide instruction and assistance as necessary, and pass medications and provide prescribed care under the LPN scope of practice.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical nursing program
- Current NYS LPN license
- Two (2) years' experience working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities preferred
- Awareness of current trends in nursing and nursing care with individuals with special needs preferred
