Role OverviewWe are seeking compassionate LPN and RN professionals to work with medically involved individuals in a 24-hour supported home environment. The LPN will provide premier services to the individuals in our care.
What You Will Do
Provide a structured routine, implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs, facilitate family visitations, distribute medication, and maintain human rights. De-escalation and crisis management techniques may be required.

Requirements
- MA state valid LPN or RN license
- Qualifying criminal background check
- Valid driver's license
- TB screening and Physical upon hire and TB update every two years after
