Requirements
- Completion of an accredited practical nurse program or currently enrolled in a nursing program
- 2+ years of nursing experience
- Knowledge of LPN scope of practice according to the Ohio board of nursing
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Ohio and/or Multi-State Compact License
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
