Role OverviewJoin Mason Wright Senior Living's Health & Wellness team as a caring and experienced LPN or RN to support older adults and families.
What You Will Do
Monitor resident health, safety, and well-being, complete care plans, oversee medication management, and communicate with residents and healthcare providers.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience with older adults and/or dementia, strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills, and flexibility to respond to resident needs outside of scheduled hours.
Requirements
- Current Massachusetts LPN or RN license
- 1–2 years of experience with older adults and/or dementia
- At least 2 years of experience supervising CNAs, HHAs, RCAs, or similar staff
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- Assisted living experience preferred
