Role OverviewThe Clinical Nurse Manager will assist the Director of Nursing to direct and coordinate resident care activities, maintain standards of resident care, and advise medical staff, department heads, and administrators in matters related to nursing services.
What You Will Do
Conduct staff meetings, assist with facility training initiatives, advise and assist Director of Nursing and medical staff in planning and developing nursing administrative and operational policies and procedures, make daily rounds on all resident units, and chart reviews.

Must be a Registered Nurse licensed to practice in Kansas, BSN required, with three years of responsible nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care facility.
