Role OverviewProvide clinical support to the MACC practice, delivering excellent customer service to patients through participation in a medical care team. Monitor the Electronic Health Record nurse pool and respond in a timely manner.
What You Will Do
Triage incoming calls, messages, and In-Basket tasks, prioritize urgent matters, schedule appointments, and assess patient needs to ensure health needs and concerns are met.

Requirements
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
- Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Massachusetts
- Basic Life Support Certification for Health Care Providers
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, time management skills
- Experience with current office technology and proficient with computer office applications
- A Minimum of two years’ experience in a clinical setting preferred
