Role OverviewThe LPN/RN Evening Supervisor is responsible for supervising nursing activities and facility operations for the whole facility for one shift. The role involves assisting the Director of Nursing and facility administrator in directing day-to-day functions, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring quality care is delivered.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include ensuring enough qualified RNs, LPNs, and CNAs are available, implementing facility objectives, participating in assessments, recommending equipment and supplies, maintaining confidentiality, and evaluating staff competency.

Requirements
- RN Degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a staff nurse in a long-term care facility
- Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state
- Ability to solve problems and make independent decisions
- Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agency personnel, and the public
