Role OverviewAngels of Care Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to patients in their homes. The role involves conducting ongoing patient care and assessments, administering prescribed medication, and educating family members on patient clinical care.

The main responsibilities of the role include focusing on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents, conducting on-going patient care and assessments, administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, and coordinating care.
