Role OverviewAngels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents in their home. The role involves conducting ongoing patient care and assessments, administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, and educating family members on patient clinical care. The nurse will work in a client home setting and have a positive and lasting impact on the lives of their patients and families.
What You Will Do
The nurse will focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care. They will conduct on-going patient care and assessments, administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, and coordinate care. They will also educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.

Requirements
