Role OverviewAngels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents in their home. The role involves conducting ongoing patient care and assessments, administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, and educating family members on patient clinical care. The ideal candidate will have a focus on the medical needs and treatment of patients according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
