Role OverviewAngels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and adolescents in their homes. The role involves conducting ongoing patient care and assessments, administering prescribed medication, and educating family members on patient clinical care.
What You Will Do
Focus on the medical needs and treatment of patients, conduct on-going patient care and assessments, administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, coordinate care, educate family members on patient clinical care, and prevent preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.
