Role OverviewWe are looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents in their homes. The role involves conducting ongoing patient care and assessments, administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, and coordinating care. What You Will Do
Focus on the medical needs and treatment of patients, conduct on-going patient care and assessments, administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, and educate family members on patient clinical care.
