Job Description
Care Initiatives, a long-term care skilled nursing community, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a weekend package position. The LPN will provide comprehensive care, conduct ongoing assessments, and contribute to individualized care planning.

Requirements

  • Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
  • Current, valid CPR Certification.
  • Documented completion of State-approved LPN Supervisory Course or ability to obtain within first 90-days of employment.
  • Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws.
  • A strong commitment to helping others and consistently treating them with empathy, respect, patience, and discretion.
