Role OverviewTennessee Quality Care Hospice is hiring a Weekend LPN to join their growing team in Jackson. The LPN will work on-call Friday at 4:30pm thru Monday at 8 am, providing direct patient care and triaging calls through the weekend.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, implementing current nursing practice, documenting patient services, assessing patient and family/caregiver education, and participating in coordination of hospice services.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program
- Three years nursing experience. Community health/hospice or medical/surgical experience is preferred
- Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state
- Maintains a current CPR certification
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order
