Job Description
Provide outstanding customer service to residents, coordinate and deliver nursing care, supervise care provided by HHAs and RCAs, and manage medications. Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse with experience in nursing, preferably in assisted living, post-acute, or long-term care setting.
Requirements
Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of New York
Associates degree and at least 2 years of full-time clinical experience in nursing
Basic first aid and CPR certification
Experience in assisted living, post-acute, or long-term care setting preferred
