Job Description
Provide quality physical therapy care to patients while maintaining positive interaction with facilities and patients. Assist in screening and reassessing patients, implementing treatment programs, and documenting patient care records.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapist Assistant
  • Licensed to practice Physical Therapy by the Virginia Board of Physical Therapy
  • Meet minimum continuing education requirements
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to multiple counties
  • Preferred two plus years of Home Health experience and working with the frail and elderly
  • Demonstrate clinical competency with geriatric population
  • Medically cleared for communicable diseases and have all immunizations up-to-date before engaging in direct participant contact
  • Undergo criminal background check and drug screening upon hire
