Role Overview

The LRDR Maintenance Lead will be responsible for developing maintenance schedules, updating operating instructions, and supervising maintenance and operations personnel. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in personnel, facility operations, and maintenance, with a strong background in project management and technical expertise. The role requires excellent communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work independently. The LRDR Maintenance Lead will be responsible for ensuring compliance with operations and maintenance requirements, and will work closely with the Site Manager and client to achieve project goals.

What You Will Do

The LRDR Maintenance Lead will be responsible for developing and maintaining various operating instructions and standard operating procedures, complying with facility warranty requirements, and supervising maintenance and operations personnel. The role will also involve preparing cost estimates, evaluating contractor proposals, and reviewing documents for technical adequacy. The LRDR Maintenance Lead will be the main point of contact for the Site Manager and client, and will provide technical expertise to assigned tasks and projects.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in personnel, facility operations, and maintenance
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US DoD issued security clearance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work well with others and mentor/train team members
