Role OverviewAs an LSET Trader, you will research, monitor, and oversee the execution of daily trades with our low latency client base trading US Equities/Options. The ideal candidate will be a mid-level professional.
What You Will Do
Manage order flow and execute trades using an electronic trading platform, work closely with support, operations, brokers, and PB's to assure proper trade allocations, and monitor the behavior of execution algorithms.

A strong understanding of how different exchanges and Alternative Trading Systems (ATSs) operate, providing real-time risk management order flows and connectivity health, and acting as a high-level technical point of contact to investigate trade discrepancies.
Requirements
- Mid-level professional
- Frequent interaction with traders, quants, operations, support, and senior management teams
- Communication and collaboration skills
- Previous exposure to electronic trading platforms
- Familiarity with risk monitoring, risk management, and ability to follow escalation procedures
- Market structure knowledge and the ability to work with the exchanges across various FIX and binary protocols
- Basic networking/technical knowledge
- Experience with VBA
- Hands-on experience with Order Management Systems (OMS), Execution Management Systems (EMS), and the FIX Protocol
- Knowledge of the US Equities/options 'Trade Lifecycle'
