Lung Program Navigator (RN)

The Lung Program Navigator will coordinate care for Lung Nodule and Lung Cancer Multidisciplinary Programs, collaborating with physicians and care providers to ensure patients receive appropriate care.

What You Will Do

Coordinate patient care, facilitate appointments, coordinate multidisciplinary planning conferences, and track quality indicators.

Requirements

• Junior College/Technical School required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Current RN license in West Virginia required
• AHA BLS required
• ONS Certification preferred
• 2 to 5 Years of Position-Related Experience required
