Lung Program Navigator (RN)

The Lung Program Navigator will coordinate care for the Lung Nodule and Lung Cancer Multidisciplinary Programs, collaborating with physicians to ensure patients are at the appropriate level of care.

What You Will Do

The navigator will direct the flow of patients into and out of Cabell Huntington Hospital, ECCC, and University Physician & Surgeons, facilitating appointments and coordinating multidisciplinary planning conferences.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in oncology and be able to serve as an advocate for patients and families navigating the acute episode of care.

Requirements

• Junior College/Technical School required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Current RN license in West Virginia required
• AHA BLS required
• ONS Certification preferred
• 2 to 5 Years of Position-Related Experience required
