Job Description
We are looking for a Luxury Residences Property Technician to join our Engineering team at Spruce Peak. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge in building maintenance and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen, and carpentry. Flexibility with work days and hours is required.

Requirements

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management
  • Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies necessary for maintenance activities
  • Collaborate with other departments to prioritize and address maintenance needs efficiently
  • Conduct routine inspections of the properties to identify concerns and safety hazards
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to prolong the life of equipment and minimize downtime
  • Assist with renovation and remodeling projects as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, addressing concerns and inquiries courteously and professionally
