Role OverviewJoin our Engineering team at Spruce Peak as a Luxury Residences Property Technician. You will be responsible for general maintenance and repairs in our luxury residence units, responding to guest requests, and collaborating with other departments to prioritize and address maintenance needs efficiently.
What You Will Do
Primary responsibilities include responding to maintenance requests, maintaining inventory of tools and supplies, conducting routine inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Vocational or technical training or experience in related field
- Basic knowledge in building maintenance fields
- 1 year experience in similar position or equal experience
- Valid Driver’s license
