Job Description
The Luxury Services Supervisor will assist a specialized team of service professionals in providing an exceptional on-property experience for Caesars Republic & Harrah's best guests, owning all aspects of the customer service journey and striving to delight guests and garner loyalty to the product and brand.

Requirements

  • Assistant in on-going hiring and performance management for a team of service professionals
  • Partner with Casino Marketing to create seamless service delivery and eliminate performance barriers
  • Work with Hotel Management team to meet or exceed Occupancy and Revenue goals
  • Role model in service and uphold the highest standards of guest service
  • Assist in coordinating VIP Service programs that align with property activities, special events and general marketing programs
  • Coordinate with all on-property departments to deliver the pinnacle of guest service
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching as well as annual and mid-year reviews for direct reports
  • Functions as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Hotel Manager and Luxury Services Manager
