Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Licensed Vocational Nurse program from approved school of nursing.
LVN LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSE By Board of Nurse Examiners for State of Texas Upon Hire
BLS) BASIC LIFE SUPPORT Certification through a course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) Upon Hire
