Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Licensed Vocational Nurse program
  • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license by Board of Nurse Examiners for State of Texas
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
