Job Description
Sage House is a licensed 16-bed mental health rehabilitation center serving San Mateo County residents with long histories of mental illness and multiple episodes of acute psychiatric hospitalization. The LVN/LPT provides services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment, including medications, as prescribed by the physician.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Psychiatric Technician program
  • Current licensure by the State of California
  • Valid CPR Certificate
  • One (1) year of experience in psychiatric nursing in a skilled nursing facility or an acute hospital
