Job Description
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) provides recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) /Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) program and current licensure
  • Current CPR/BLS certificate
  • San Bernardino County FACT programs: Must have two (2) years of experience working with individuals with serious and persistent mental illness
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified (hands-on course) on date of employment or prior to providing direct client care and maintain current certification throughout employment
  • Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
  • Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc. (weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate)
  • Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
