Job Description
The LVN/LPT Manager implements and supervises assigned position(s) within the nursing department on their designated shift, providing recovery focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited LVN or LPT program and current licensure
  • Current CPR/BLS certificate
  • Two (2) years of LVN/LPT/LPN experience in health care environment
  • One (1) year of supervisory experience
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment
