Requirements

  • ADN
  • Minimum Work Experience
  • Basic knowledge of psychiatric disorders and detoxification assessment
  • Treatment procedures for chemically dependent patients
  • Interaction with clinical team and other staff
  • Organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management
  • Empathy for patients and their families
  • Flexibility, and consistent telephone etiquette and quality customer service
  • Handling sensitive and highly confidential information
