Role OverviewMedcor is looking to hire a LVN on a PRN basis to be an Onsite Health Technician in their employer-based, occupational health clinic in Tulare, CA. The LVN will work collaboratively with medical and operational leadership, local medical providers, and client staff. The role involves patient care, workers' compensation case management, Return to Work (RTW) program facilitation, and treatment plan monitoring.
What You Will Do
The day-to-day role of the Onsite Health Technician includes assessment and treatment of workplace injuries and illnesses, providing superior customer service, building and maintaining internal team relationships, and supporting onsite employee health and wellness efforts.

Requirements
- Have valid licensure for the position in which you are applying
- Have current CPR/BLS (AHA or ARC)
- Have strong computer and other technology skills (navigate cell phones, texting, fax machines, etc), as well as familiarity with EMR software
- Be strong enough to lift a 50lb emergency response bag
- Possess excellent verbal / written communication skills
