Role OverviewAngels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents in their home. The role involves conducting ongoing patient care and assessments, administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, and coordinating care. The nurse will also educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include providing medical care in a client home setting, conducting patient assessments, administering medication and treatments, and coordinating care. The nurse will also educate family members on patient clinical care and participate in preventative initiatives to protect quality of care.
