Role OverviewAngels of Care is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents in their home. The nurse will focus on the medical needs and treatment of patients according to the active plan of care, conduct ongoing patient care and assessments, and educate family members on patient clinical care.
What You Will Do
Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Coordination of care. Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.

Requirements
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
