Job Description
The Guard Force Commander will manage and supervise the Protective Security Officer (PSO) team to maintain high security standards, comply with industrial security program, customer expectations, and company policies. Responsibilities include fostering team development, ensuring compliance, staffing posts, conducting investigations, and promoting company values.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of law enforcement and security force experience
  • Associates degree preferred
  • EMT or medical certifications preferred
  • 2+ years of successful field supervision experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Access, SharePoint, and Guard Force scheduling software
  • Knowledge of Tracktic Guard Force Management Systems, closed-circuit television, and access controls
  • Active shooter preparedness and training certification preferred
