M&A and Corporate Transactions Attorney

As a M&A and Corporate Transactions Attorney, you'll be part of our in-house legal team working as a hybrid employee. You'll get to lead and support M&A transactions, advise on corporate transactions, and provide support on public company matters.

What You Will Do

Draft and negotiate NDAs, conduct due diligence, structure and negotiate transaction documents, drive regulatory clearance process, and close deals.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience, including significant exposure to M&A (public & private) and corporate transactions.
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with business and legal colleagues at all levels.
