Role OverviewThe M&A Corporate Development Lead will drive strategic growth and value through disciplined M&A execution and integrated strategic and financial oversight of MassMutual's Key Operating Entities (KOEs). The role will involve leading deal teams, constructing financial models, and valuing targets. The team will collaborate closely with peer teams across Finance, Corporate Strategy, Treasury, FP&A, Controllers, and Tax organizations.
What You Will Do
The M&A Corporate Development Lead will be responsible for driving M&A transaction execution and deal sourcing efforts, including aligning deal origination with company strategic goals, constructing financial models, and leading deal teams.

Requirements
- 5+ years of investment banking or Corporate Development experience at Associate level or above
- Experience leading substantive portions of M&A deal teams
- Bachelor's degree from a leading college or university; graduate degree is valued, but not a requirement
- Track record of developing Analysts and other team members through coaching and mentoring
- Demonstrated financial modeling expertise
