We are seeking a Corporate Development Expert to work on M&A exercises, build valuation and merger models, and draft transaction terms. The role involves working independently and asynchronously to deliver high-quality work. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in an in-house corporate development or M&A role and has hands-on ownership of live transactions.

The main responsibilities include building valuation and merger models, drafting transaction terms, producing process and board materials, and running screening, diligence, and integration work.
