Job Description
The Alexander Technology Group is working with a local academic institution to find a Mac Support Specialist to join their team. This is a hands-on, highly visible support role within a collaborative IT department, supporting a predominantly Apple-based environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of prior IT Support experience post grad
  • macOS & Apple hardware troubleshooting (iMacs, MacBooks, iPads, Apple TVs)
  • Jamf experience (device management, deployments, troubleshooting)
  • Helpdesk/ticketing system experience
  • AV/event support (projectors, Zoom Rooms, audio systems, cabling)
  • Printer/copier troubleshooting
  • Wireless connectivity support
  • Strong customer service skills (faculty, staff, and students)

Benefits
