Job Description
We are seeking Machine Learning Engineers to improve our existing delivery system that optimizes for advertisers' true business objectives, i.e. desired user value and effectiveness of ROI, working on building the next-generation web ads solution for TikTok.

Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other relevant majors
  • Solid programming skills in Go, C/C++, Python
  • Good analytical thinking capability and knowledge of statistics
  • Good theoretical grounding in machine and deep learning concepts and techniques
  • Familiarity with mainstream machine learning programming frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch/MXNet)
