Role OverviewThe Governance and Experience Algorithm team is responsible for supporting e-commerce businesses with advanced AI technology. The team's main goals are to combat risks and violations, build an e-commerce ecosystem, and improve platform service capabilities.
What You Will Do
As a graduate, you will be responsible for identifying algorithms for risk/violation/low-quality issues, mining and identifying algorithms to detect fraudulent behaviors, optimizing algorithms for large-scale brand libraries, and exploring reinforcement learning and operational research algorithms.

Requirements
- PhD degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
- Solid coding skills in Python, Go, or C++
- Solid foundation in data structures/algorithms and machine learning/deep learning theory
- Rich practical experience in machine learning/deep learning
- Familiarity with natural language processing, computer vision, multimodal, graph algorithms, search algorithms, text/data mining, and LLM
