The Machine Learning Engineering Manager will lead the team of MLEs building models for chemistry and process engineering, managing people, owning technical quality, and partnering with the Technical Product Manager.
What You Will Do
Manage, coach, and grow a team of ML engineers working on chemistry and process problems, own the technical direction of the team, and partner with a TPM on the roadmap.

Requirements
- 6+ years in machine learning or scientific computing
- 2+ years managing ML engineers or scientists

- Hands-on track record shipping ML models to production
- Strong engineering fundamentals
- Track record of setting technical direction for a team and delivering against commitments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication across audiences
