Role OverviewResponsible for safely operating production machines, setup, operation, cleanup, and recommending improvements to meet customer demand. Work in a team environment with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
What You Will Do
Operate production machines, follow GMPs, learn and comply with quality procedures, and identify and address mechanical concerns. Train and assist other employees, complete reports, and maintain equipment.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior work experience in the packaging industry (paper, plastics, converting)
- 6 months' experience in some type of manufacturing operation
- Lift Truck Operator License (may be required)
